Connell Resources, Inc. has been located in Fort Collins since 1991 having moved our headquarters from Loveland, Colorado. We have operated as Connell Resources, Inc. since 1982. From 1949 to 1982 we operated as Loveland Excavating Company and became incorporated in Colorado in 1969. Connell prides itself on its ability to bring projects in on time and within budget for our clients.
Additionally, we can respond to your budgetary requirements through negotiations or with a traditional sealed bid. Connell is licensed to work in all the cities and counties along the Colorado Front Range and are pre-qualified with the Departments of Transportation in Colorado and Wyoming.
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS & WESTERN SLOPE:
In 1991 Connell Resources, Inc. expanded its operations to Steamboat Springs & Colorado's western slope. The Steamboat Springs operation focuses primarily on aggregate sales, asphalt production & paving, and county or highway road construction, however with the support of the Fort Collins division, Connell is capable of completing site work projects of all sizes and scopes.
Additionally Connell's paving crews can turn their expertise to patching, parking lot paving and driveway paving to fit the needs of any client. For the future, Connell is always watching for market opportunities to expand the western slope operations, and hopes to continue to grow and better serve our clients in both the private and public sectors. In 2007, Connell also started gravel production and sales in Meeker, Colorado.
